We are having a continuing difficulty with a cpap unit rental. My work changed insurance companies and this group does not use the new insurance. We therefore had to change cpap rental companies. We asked if we could just buy the original units outright and all we were told is that they would get back to us. They never did but continued billing the insurance and us for a unit we were no longer using.

I sent in a Helios unit for repairs I have called numerous times no response i have not ever recieved a call back. Do not know if they can repair the unit or what is going on it has been over a month now and i paid a lot of money for the unit and would like someone to let me know what is happening. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
