We are having a continuing difficulty with a cpap unit rental. My work changed insurance companies and this group does not use the new insurance. We therefore had to change cpap rental companies. We asked if we could just buy the original units outright and all we were told is that they would get back to us. They never did but continued billing the insurance and us for a unit we were no longer using.
I sent in a Helios unit for repairs I have called numerous times no response i have not ever recieved a call back. Do not know if they can repair the unit or what is going on it has been over a month now and i paid a lot of money for the unit and would like someone to let me know what is happening.
