Apria bills for their equipment forever - you can never pay enough money to purchase this machine. For example, if you have Blue Cross and there agreement with Blue Cross is 18 months of X amount. Well, if you change insurance say to Aetna - Apria then again bills Aetna for say another 18 months and so on - if the insurance you get does not cover Apria then Apria bills you monthly So is the machine costs $1200.00 for example and Apria has been paid $3000.00 for example - Apria keeps on billing - there is no way you can buy the machine - very, very sorry situation

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Yes, but its hard to find

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, they were fully staffed
