Poor service and people who do not know their job or not that interested.
Always get my order wrong. They treated me like I did not know what I was talking about or did not have CPAP knowledge. I have been using a CPAP machine for over 15 yrs. Too bad they are a medicare provider that is close to my home. Will be looking for someone else even if I have to use mailorder
