I wish I could give ZERO stars. I don’t understand how this company is still in business with their rude staff and rude management that are disrespectful. First I explained how the nasal pillow is causing SORES in my nose. I have to pay to have a new mask shipped, and pay to ship my old one back. Or I can drive an hour away to do the exchange. Mind you I have health insurance . I also explained how I used the mask with Covid and didn’t think it was appropriate that they take it back but she didn’t care. The woman on the phone was rude and the supervisor Nillette was even ruder. I don’t know who they think their talking too cause I can go buy a machine outright right now lol. They can come get their machine. I’d rather buy a whole machine for $2000 than give them $8 for shipping. Rudest people I have ever dealt with. Seems like all their reviews show how rude they are. Wonder if the owners even know it.

This is not a one sided forum. I have been trying to contact anyone at this company all week. Ive left messages, etc. I even contacted my doc to intervene...apparently they are only open once a week and that is on Sunday. I want the equipment out of my house and a refund.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. They don't seem to care if I'm there or not.
After playing the "I did not receive the prescription" game then the "your insurance does not cover it" (I have two insurance plans), I gave up...The customer service rep is terrible if you could understand her. Then she laughed and I asked for her supervisor...similar atittude. Then with no confidence in the company, they asked for my credit card over the phone? Really? zero trust in them then give them a CC number. NOT!

I had dealt with this company for a number of years, so I had no reason to believe that they would do such a lousy job. However, when I needed to get equipment this time, they dropped the ball in so many ways. No one asked what type of equipment I needed, particularly with regards to the mask type that I use or the size. I had accept a ridiculous appointment [on Christmas Eve, when I was planning to be several states away] and had to destroy my vacation plans. Sadly, the wait wasn't worth it as I was left with a low-tier machine and a mask I could in no way use. The tech called to ask about my mask and ended up telling me that I had to pay $300 for a mask that is covered and only costs $152 everywhere else on the fact, Sears sells the mask for $87 dollars. I just couldn't understand how they had gotten so bad. It took about 4 days to get someone on the phone and when I did, I found out they didn't have any of my new insurance information although I had asked if they did prior to accepting the appointment. The woman I spoke to took my new insurance info and stated she would verify what I was covered for and get back to me late that day. I dcided to call myself to be just as well-informed about my coverage as she would. I was on the phone with someone and full of coverage understanding to my satisfaction in minutes. It is 5 days later and The rep from Express still hasn't called me back yet! Mind you, they have a return policy for equipment that is between 7-14 days, depending on who you are speaking to. So it seems reasonable to say they are stalling and planning to leave me stuck with sub-tier equipment, totally unsatisfied. Clarissa should have never left, the place is a madhouse now! They also have allegedly have Saturday service from 9-12. I have been on the phone 40 minutes prior to beginning this review letting it ring for the entirety of my writing and still haven't had a soul pick up. It's near an hour invested at this point, hence my scathing review!

We've been using Express Medical since 2007, and generally have had good experiences. They're very helpful when we travel and need to use other companies at distant places. It is rare, however to catch them on the telephone - I have to leave a message but they do call back.

My Doctor called in a prescription for new supplies for my CPAP machine. I was told I need to mail in a check to get the supplies ( without an invoice) . The check was cashed and I still have not received any supplies. I have called twice and still nothng.

Yes

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
No, they were very calm and understanding
