Talked about my care givers in a negitive way. Gave us the cheapest bed possible no warning.
We couldn't use manual crank. Airline tried to charge the patient and care giver money or wouldn't deliver.
Straightened out I thought. Came to deliver better equipment to help patient to avoid pressure sores.
Came with frame no mattress.
Compassion?
I understand owner married to Dr. At Borgess. Referrals galore.
Sad feeling, for my loved one.

I don't care for your billing system.....I should be able to pay ahead and I have to wait until the next bill is generated. I end up having to call in every month when I get the bill to pay it over the phone. It's pretty inconvenient and this website is frustrating. Your office is great, your service is great, your website and billing practice are very frustrating.

I bought a shower chair but I didn't use it even once because my bathroom in my master bedroom was too small to accommodate that shower chair and the other bathroom when I put that shower chair what happen was I can't close the sliding, so what I did was to call them and asking if I can return the item their answer was they don't accept any return, are there really a store that does not have return policy?

I would never use this company again. They are horrible. My husband has a cpap machine from them and they want to keep trying to take it back because he has an outstanding balance. Obviously they do not pay much attention that the balance is continuously going down seeing as we are making monthly payments on the account. The balance was much higher and they didn't try and take the machine away. now the balance is much lower they want to take it away again. They show up at our house and call and say Im sitting outside your house. I need to pick up your machine. Seems odd that we both are not home all day because we have jobs.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Find someplace else to take your business to.

Terrible medical supply company, avoid at all costs. Bills insurance then charges you full price. Constant lies, deceit, and then when you push back they get nasty. Lied to the insurance company and the police. Take your business anywhere but here!
