They have been wonderful with accommodating needs over the weekend, when mom's oxygen supply was low. Staff drove to warehouse on a Saturday to assist us.

I always had good luck with Access Medical used them for alot of stuff. But I do now what happened to it but now it is not the place to get medical supply from. I ha doxygen for three years and always paid for it. Then I quit getting bills for it. I was in the location in November to get a mask for my cpap machine and asked if I owed any thing they said no you are all set. & months go bye and they send a bill in to the insurance company. I called them and asked what is going on they first said they did not know then blamed it on my Pulmonary Doctor then when I told them I have been on oxygen for three years and never heard of the Dr having to send you a statement every month so you could bill my insurance company. Do not blame Borgess Pulmonary group for your mistakes . I will file a clam to BBB and The State Of Michigan for Senior abuse . I am very upset with Access Medical Supply

They're nice enough folks....just really incompetent. I've had weeks of delays in getting supplies.
I would not be getting my insulin pump and cgm supplies through these people if my insurance company did not mandate it. If you can shop elsewhere, I highly recommend it.
