I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.
