I want to thank Damian of the elgin location,he came out on a bad snow storm to bring a back up tank,cuz we had no power,and was sweet about it,and just recieved a nother delivery and he had showed up again and was so sweet again going over everything for my husband,he has such a great additude and listens to what you ask,I would reckamend this company.Keep up the great good Damian

This outfit is a scam, they double charge. Refuse deliver equipment. The equipment does not work. Customer sevice rude and unrealible. Cigna contracted them out to provide equipment for home health services. This is a sham. People think they buy overage for home health services, in reality they are being ripped off by Total Home Health.

Our Mom's wheelchair rental was delivered, no problems. Customer Service Rep very cool explained billing procedure to insurance etc...

This place is totally unreliable,my oxygen concentrator has not been usable for a week because of a broken part making my life uncomfortable,they have still not brought out the part needed to fix their machine,calls not returned.Filter in another oxygen machine is totally black and dirty,no one has brought out new hepa filter to change that either.

HORRIBLE organization! Have been trying to get medical supplies ordered here for a family member. Calling customer service several times who does not seem to know how to treat customers, not friendly, not accommodating and talks down to you. Their solution to everything is transfering to billing and no one every answers so you have to leave a voicemail which you WILL not get a call back no matter how many messages left! As a healthcare professional I would not recommend this medical supply center to anyone who cares about their health or their families health! Does not deserve one STAR! Please save yourself the headache and looks elsewhere! We will be reporting this to BBB.

They let bill us with supplies that they put in our menu so we can order it every month. Apparently, their staff had a mistake of adding a supply that according to them our insurance is not covering. We are talking thousand of dollars. After 2 years, they came back stating that we owe them money. I know for sure was coded already as bad debt (you should know accounting cycle). And now 2014, they are threatening us that they will report the balance and send it to collection.

What a poor business ethics!

Shoddy billing department-they deserve 0 stars. My son was prescribed a billy blanket that was delivered by this company. I did not receive an invoice from them until 10 MONTHS after their service!!!. They had apparently submitted the wrong billing code to my insurance company, causing my insurance to deny the claim but didn't bother to follow-up to correct their mistake or send me an invoice. My insurance company only allows for a 6 month window to appeal but since I didn't get their invoice until 10 MONTHS LATER, I could not correct their filing mistake and was stuck with a $400+ bill from this company. Every other provider I have worked with either follows up to correct the claim submitted to insurance or they send me the invoice...in a timely manner...and I follow up with my insurance. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and makes their customer's pay for their billing mistakes. They don't own up to their mistakes and should hire new billing department personnel.
