Pulse oximeter finally delivered for test 3 days after they said it would be here. Took almost a week to pick up after test information sent to Lincare by Dr, no one from Lincare ever contacted us...was over 30 days so now they say have to do tests all over again. We have to pay again and still NO oxygen for stage 4 COPD. Have requested different provider for next round of tests!

I'm trying to get Lincare to pick up some medical equipment because patient has passed....They have not called me back to set up a pick-up time for a patient in Sparta, IL....

We have tried since the week before Easter to get our account transferred from Lincare to Vono Medical supplies in Litchfield Illinois and its like pulling teeth this is the worst service we have ever experienced with any company in our entire life. We have spoke to 7 people and promised by four f them that this will be taken care of that was two weeks ago. Still nothing. This is ridiculous. since that time period and no one seemed to know there butt from the hole in the ground. I have spoken to two supervisors which you would think could of taken care of this situation I am beyond pissed why is it so hard to get a simple task done is beyond me. I will never ever recommend Lincare to anyone I have already informed my doctors and friends.

I have been trying to get thru to lincare all morning. Don't answer their phones even though it is office hours. They told me they needed to contact my Drs office over a week ago, have not done so. After reading other reviews I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Respironics sells the machine I have for $1800.00. That is how much I paid lincare for the first month, then I find out these ripoff people charge over $1500.0 per month for renting the machine. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LINCARE
