I would never recommend using Lincare. Staff is rude and never follows up. It took 2 months for my husband to get his CPAP and the only reason he got it is because I finally complained to the manager. Someone came today to deliver the CPAP and then they wanted a check for $1700.00. Then I find out they never filed a claim with our insurance company. They are worthless

Received poor service right from the start -- from waiting for Lincare to followup and contacting the prescribing doctor's order for over 2 months whereas I had to contact Lincare to find out what was taking so long. Then once I received the equipment January 5th (sleep study was done before Thanksgiving of 2014) having trouble with the large size face mask and the short (6 ft) hose. I called Lincare about 2 weeks later that I needed the nasal pillow and the longer 8 ft hose. I was told that they both would be sent out by UPS. I waited a little over a week for the order - still no equipment. I called the person who set me up with the equipment to begin with - she was unavailable. I left a request with a staff member and I also called the supply line and stated what equipment I needed. To date I have not received any equipment, nor have I been contacted and today it is 3/19/15.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
