Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Bought 2 ELECTRIC WHEELCHAIRS from them. Such pore fit I had to got to Dr. for pain treatments. They wold not give me an appointment for aprox. 2 months after I received the last Wheelchair. Said they would not take it back as I had had it too long, even pointed to a Sign on the wall that said "No Returns after 30 Days" Went back many times for adjustments . Chair was a low Qlt.Base Model. Also it would not hold a charge. Just going from Bedroom to Kitchen it would lose power by 12:00- 1:00pm. each day. Replaced Batteries over and over. When I called Two years ago to tell them why we would not be buying from them again the response was "SO SAD ,TOO BAD". and the woman slammed the phone on me. I was told by a former employee that it was the owners Daughter!
