Service is a JOKE!!! The delivery BOY (because he acts like a little kid) throws fits when he does NOT get his way!!! He was to CALL BEFORE coming out to pick up my equipment paid for by the VA and twice he did NOT!!! I chased him off of my property for being a moron and acting haughty with me and scaring my wife when I was NOT home!!!! The idiots in the office are NOT any better because they refuse to answer the phone or they get defensive when complaints are filed!!!!! DO NOT have anything to do with this company!!! There are many more with better service and attitudes!!!!

This is the third time Peterson's has missed my scheduled delivery day and now I have to wait until next week for a resupply. This company is terrible and the VA should not be using them as a provider. I am going to try to find another who is close to me (Kingman).

I am a Vietnam Veteran suffering from agent orange. I depend on oxygen to stay alive. Two times in the past year I have called peterson's home care to have canulas mailed to me.Both times the assured me they would ship them out the same day. My last experience was December 7,I called for the canulas.and again was told they would ship them out. After 6 days when they did not show up,i called petersons,again on the 13 of Dec. they told me they had shipped,but the girl said she would ship some more out.Guess what the canulas showed up on the 14th with the envelope showing they were shipped on the 13th.

they picked up my oxygen supplies with no warning. they said that my provider had canceled my oxygen. my provider is the VA. they should have given me a warning so i could make other arrangements. i will be in the hospital now and probably thru thanksgiving. they didnt even talk to me. my lil brother was home and they pressured him to give them entrance to my room. this is real bad. i have had oxygen thru them for 7 years and they didnt think it was important to contact me personnaly? they have not heard the end of this yet.

Rotten service for a companmy that is supposed to be providing medical equipment. They act like they are doing you a favor to deliver the stuff and you go through hell trying to get the stuff picked up. I'm going through a different provider next time.
