These guys are idiots. There is this Mexican guy that can never take an order right- 1/2 the time never puts the order in. The drivers show up here without a clue. I am so fed up with them. They need to to customer service courses.
I will give the drivers 5 stars though- they try hard with what the idiot office gives them. They actually care.

It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome .Plus when I place an order it never shows up. They have more excuses than anyone I know.

I have dealt with this company for 5 years. The quality of their service just keeps getting worse. They never deliver when they say they will. One employee tells me one thing, and another tells me something completely different. The last straw was when my oxygen machine quit working, they said someone was in my area and would be here shortly. I kept calling, but after they closed for the day, there was obviously no one to speak to!! After 3 days of this insanity, I was able to get a ride from a friend, and returned the non-functioning unit to them and had to WAIT to get an older, but functioning machine. I could go on & on, but what's the use? Peterson's Home Care failed me in every way possible. I could have died from their lack of attention to my needs. There is nothing professional about how they operate. I don't know how or why they are able to stay in business. So glad to find a replacement company that provides everything I need AND calls me to make sure everything is alright.

Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

The most unprofessionional bunch of idiots. My life depends on these people for oxygen. Whats i gonna take -a death upon thier part for them to wake up to what they do is serious. Some one should report them to medicare.

I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
On at least two occasions they are no shows and don't even call.
