We rushed our dog into the animal emergency & referral center after we saw her with one of those bufo toads in her mouth. Immediately upon arrival, the staff took her straight to the back to begin working on her. They were full of quick thinking, and compassionate ladies. Because of how fast they acted i still have my baby with me. I will forever recommend them!!

I brought my dog in for an emergency after she broke her leg. The staff was so caring and friendly and you could tell they actually cared about my dog. She had to stay with them for a few nights and ended up having surgery. They called me daily with updates and even texted me pictures of her so i could see her recovering! She was getting hyperbaric oxygen therapy which continued after I was able to take her home. The therapy helped so much with her healing and made her so much more comfortable! I recommend them to anyone!

I travel at least 45 minutes to take my dogs here because it's the only place I trust in the area. I LOVE them here.

I brought Lucky- a very rambuncscious 3 year old Dobie with knee issues to see AERC ...After seeing 2 other regular Vets and a Specialist down south and after about 1 year of 4 (yes four) unsuccessful surgeries ( & being told to amputate her leg by those Vets)... finally we were told to come to AERC for a Consult. Dr. Lyman & Dr. Phillips were able to diagnose her problems almost immediately ( Which did NOT include amputating her leg). They gave me all of the treatment & surgical options and we went with their recommendations. We started with Laser Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Platelet Injection Therapy and Water/Treadmill Physical Therapy. She showed an immediate improvement and soon after we were able to get her off of numerous pain medications and she is back to being the amazing dog she once was. The Technicians and Staff were awesome and made us feel so comfortable every time we came in! Kudos to a well trained staff!!!! Thank You for saving Lucky's life!!!

I had to bring my dog Haze here for sedation to cut his nails and first off the staff was very friendly then when the doctor came in she actually touched my dog, she didn't just walk in and walk out, she spent a lot of time in explaining how the process works and what to expect after words. Everyone there was very caring. Haze is doing great and i go back every time i can.

Animal Emergency and Referral Center has been a trusted resource for us for years, but I just wanted to post a review because this weekend we brought our cat in and once more was still impressed with their prompt, kind, professional treatment of us and their care of our cat.

Not only were they very good about getting him in pretty quickly, they were very gentle with him (he's a tad skittish) when he had an X Ray, and they were super clear in explaining what was going on with him.

Their staff was super kind and helpful, their Dr. Phillips was awesome with us and our fuzzy buddy, and from admission to when we paid they were super clear about charges and costs and made clear all of our options.

In an emergency with your pet you just want them safe and healthy again. They helped our cat to return to exactly that place.

I highly recommend Animal Emergency and Referral Center.

I took my dog here a few nights ago after getting into the garbage. He was seen right away and had x-ray's taken. Luckily he was able to poop everything out and no surgery was needed. I would return in a heart beat to this hospital if my dog ever has an emergency and I will highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you AERC!!
