Thank you Doctors & Staff of the Animal Emergency & Referral Center for the excellent care for my little beloved dog. I never thought Id be faced treating Parvo even though my dog had been vaccinated. Your intelligent staff helped answer all my questions even in the late hours of the night. Thanks again for the amazing care you gave us in this stressful time.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
I did not trust them at all! When they took my pet out of the room to give him a shot then heard my cat SCREAMING!

Very deceptive, was told by a vet in Largo fl my paralized dog would qualify for a study at the Animal Emergency Referal Center, we had 2 other vets confirm her condition, the Animal Center said time was the factor and we imeadiately drove 225 miles to get there as a surgon was waiting. When we arrived there was no surgeon on, the first specialist who saw her confirmed she was paralized w/ no feeling, a second vet came in and said she could feel pain and did not qualify for any special studies, but they would be happy to do surgery and the fee would only be about 7500 and attempeted to shame us into doing it. After we said no and wanted to go we got the cold shoulder and were treated like 2nd rate customers. After paying we were left in the visit room, no good bye nothing. We felt scammed into going there. We have yet to find any evedence of a study being performed by this clinic. They are bad people taking advantage of pet owners in an emotional state. As we waited we could over hear the vet making the same shameful presentation to others there. Avoid these bad people!
