We have been going to this vet for maybe 11 years. Sorry to say that we will be going to a new vet from now on. Since Dr jones retired the place has been going down hill fast. The few origional employees that are still there I trust but not the new vet and front desk people. We took 2 cats in on a recent visit. One needed a rabies shot and the other one was sick. Vet walks into the room and doesn't ask which cat was suppose to get the shot...took sick cat out of her carrier and gave that cat the rabies shot before we had a chance to speak up. Then she acted pissed at the assistant and tried to blame her for the mix-up. Dr Jones was the reason we were willing to go there even though they did not take appointments and you may be sitting in the waiting area for over an hour. Dr Jones was honest and treated our pets for whatever the illness was and did not run a bunch of tests just for the money. New vet can't do anything unless she does blood work or some other test. Dr Jones office visit prices was the best in the area which was why his waiting room was always overflowing. Everytime we take our pets now the prices keep going up and the vet wants to see the pet again in a week or month for a recheck. If Dr Jones ever comes out of retirement he would definitely put his old practice out of business.

The staff at the desk was very friendly, helpful, & seemed more educated than the vet!! The vet herself was rude, so much so that I almost asked her what her problem was! In fact, I spent the entire visit with the assistant,(who at least made the effort to help us), the vet was with me for all of 4 minutes! My husband returned for my puppy's third round of shots (Parvo & Distemper) & I was SHOCKED to find out that the vet (a different one from the first) vaccinated her for 5 different diseases, including Rabies& Lepto (which should be given alone, at least 4 weeks apart) - ALL AT ONCE!! She's only 13 weeks old! Can anyone say "OVER-VACCINATION"? I will NEVER return!!! I suggest you become informed so that you may tell them EXACTLY what you want done, or you may regret going at all.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month
