This is a small clinic that specializes in personal, common-sense care. Donald Lentz is a straight-talking, knowledgeable, and compassionate professional. The receptionists/vet assistants are warm, efficient, and embrace visitors with country charm. With a miniscule lobby, be prepared to have the warm nose of a leashed patient against your leg while waiting for the vet. But with the family atmosphere and easy conversation, I've never minded a short wait,

I took my dog to get neutered and was in for a very rude awakening. They advised me that they could not find his retained testicle----- I called around Knoxville asking other vets if this happens they all stated that this is not normal. After calling and speaking with someone they stated that Dr. Lentz's eye sight is getting bad and another doctor could do his second surgery.....This is UNEXCEPTABLE. I am now taking him to a new vet to have them finish his surgery . I am out hundreds of dollars because it was not done right. BEWARE of this clinic.
