If you love your pets, or have their best in mind stay away from this facility! Their walls are paper thin, they have no respect for someone going through a tragic situation. They have techs not trained, mine suffered at those incapable hands. I have been through many, many vet visits with professional vets. This facility is NOT one!!! I still have tearful memories of what my baby went through under their incompatance. Since then in speaking with people I found MANY more horror stories from this facility. I will never forget or completely get over the tramatic visit it was for me and my baby. Hopefully this will save others!!! I am fully planning on turning them into the BBB...these people need looked into! Also, they got one star just because I had to in order to submit, they rank zero stars!

Absolutely NOT! You're by the balls when one of your animals is hurt or hurting and it is a dire emergency. With 6 dogs and 3 cats, that can happen a lot with us. So many reasons. I mean, trust me. I have called for information for others interested in them back before they had the Neely's Mill operation up and running, for spay and neutering. The little spoiled bratt at the desk who answered my call was so rude I drove over there (I happened to be around the corner). She continued with her trailer trash talk. I was so livid, being an educated military vet, as to how she treated me that I went through the roof. Unprofessional people, haphazard service, grossly inflated services, immature techs rotate in (maybe because they are training for the vet tech programs at the community college level), and to top it off- one of the female vets- I happened to be outside in my car with the window open one day when they are not open. My daughter had went inside the Vape store beside the Vet office. The vet had a dog on a leash and a child with her, she unlocked the door, jerked the dog inside and was generally stressed with the child and dog. When she left, she yelled at the dog, jerked him up by the leash, and was, let's say, not someone I EVER want as a vet to my dog especially in an emergency situation.

First off, let me say that I NEVER write reviews because I understand that no one is perfect and things happen....with that being said I have made an exception with this business simply because I received such poor service, I could not wait to write a review for these crooks. My pet was vomiting profusely and had bloody stool at least every hour, we took him in for treatment to this facility because thier initial emergency exam fee was cheaper than seeing our regular vet ($80 VS $100), we figured thier treatment prices would be competitive with our normal vet and would not include any inflation whatsoever. Boy were we wrong, they tried to charge us $620 just for bloodwork, an IV, anti nausea medication and to stay the rest of the day. Also included in that price was an EXTRA bloodwork test for my dogs pancreas, when asking the doctor why an extra test was needed when you can test his levels with a general bloodwork test she really had no explanation as to the reason for the "extra" testing. Needless to say we laughed in thier face and only offered to pay for our "exam fee" (basically this exam consisted of the so called "doctor" saying our pet's name in a baby voice and staring at him while sizing up how much money she could suck out of my husband and I) Our vet that we typically go to during normal business hours had already quoted us emergency services including bloodwork, a hospital stay, IV fluids and medication for the more reasonable price of $380, we just assumed this facility would be in the same ballpark and they were already open so we gave it a shot. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this place, the only degrees on the wall were for a doctor that was not even there and of the opposite sex. The girl that gave my pet his exam had no degree on the wall and to be honest, the whole facility felt like a back ally abortion clinic. The girl running the front desk looked like she was 15 and just walked out of a trailer park and seemed completely clueless as to what her duties were for her job. When the vet would leave the room all we could hear was giggling, the whole facility was very unprofessional. Bedside manner was atrocious, we are so glad we paid our exam fee and left. We received much better care at our normal vet with pricing without inflation. They seemed upset that we didn't opt in for their care and decided to go elsewhere, we should have just not paid for the exam and left but were honest people, we paid and got the hell out of dodge.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

The office was easy enough to find. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. This is an "Emergency Clinic" and they were full when I visited but they never were "overwhelmed" by all my questions or the number of emergency cases. They were able to spend as much time with me and my pet as we need.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
