We have been going to WRAC since 1998, we would never consider ever taking our dogs anywhere else. They have always treated our dogs with the best possible care.

They have always taken the time to answer all of our questions (and there have been many) and have taken the time to explain any of the procedures that they have done with our dogs( our family).

I love the Vets and staff they are very friendly and helpful. I only wish that they could treat humans too, I would definitely go there too.

Thank you Western Reserve Vets and Staff for treating our dogs like family.

We've been going to Western Reserve for a long time & wouldn't take our pets any where else. We had our Mollie there for shots & blood work & the next day we got a call, asking how she was doing. We had a new vet who was very nice.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

No way!! I would never trust him/her alone with my pet!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

I have visited the Western Reserve Animal Clinic several times, and I'm very happy with them. All the staff is very friendly and they have helped me more then once on an "emergency" case. I have a 2 1/2 year old pitbul and they are very good and caring with him. They have answered all of my questions. One thing I really appreciate is they will call the next day after my visit to make sure that my dog is doing well. I would recommend them to anyone.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name
