I'm in complete and utter agony over what this terrible clinic did to my kitten. If I would have done this to my pet, I would be in jail.
I'm taking legal action, so I can not post specifics at this time but I had to remove my kitten from their care which as soon as I got to another hospital, he had to be euthanized. Sever neglect, things so unspeakable I vomited all over myself. All preventable, all extremely unnecessary, and horrific. The pictures are literally like from a horror film. I will take action against Reed and everyone who came into contact with my helpless kitten. The look on that babys face, the torture and suffering he went through will not go unheard. If it takes me everything I have. Do not take your pet there, unless you want them to suffer and die.

We have known Dr. Reed since we moved here in 1987. He is a wonderful, caring man. We have adopted many animals from his facility and have enjoyed much love with these incredible animals! We have had mice, rats, rabbits, hamsters, cats and dogs so Dr. Reed is experienced with dealing with all of them! I could never find anyone so personable and caring ...also, when the time comes when you have to say goodbye to them because of age or illness, he and his staff are very caring and sympathetic. I really think highly of Dr. Reed and recommend him to everyone.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.

Absolutely not! They were very rough and seemed to have complete disregard that my pet was scared
