Dr Colbert is thorough when she finally gets to seeing you. Often she is an hour late or more due to transporting her daughter back and forth to school, only to bring her to the office. There really is no good time to schedule an appointment with her as she is late showing up to work in the morning, even when you have a 8:30 AM appointment. If you schedule later in the afternoon you may have to wait 2 hours as myself and another of her patients did. It is very frustrating but necessary due to the fact that she accepts our insurance and we had to switch from a prompt and efficient Dr.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
