Unfortunately after 8+ years with Dr. Colbert I transferred all medical records to another doctor. For the past couple of years she has had her husband Scott at her office, don't know what his affiliation is with her practice, but he is rude and has fired or forced all staff from the office. He lingers around the office doing some secretarial duties. I had an encounter with him last week regarding a prescription that was never called over to our pharmacy for my daughter (3rd time they have done this with her prescription and 2 times with my husbands). All I was trying to do was have them call Costco and clarify that her prescription was supposed to be called in and he got very angry with me and would not do it. Said it was Costco fault. He hung up on me 5 times. I finally had to call Costco and have them call Dr. Colberts. The pharmacy tech advised me that she would have her manager call because they have dealt with Scott in the past and the manager knows how to handle him. Since his presence has been in the office, I have noticed a considerable change - not only that the staff is completely gone - but even in her as a doctor. No nurse is present any more which means she calls you back to the room and doesn't even take vitals. Went in for a pain in my arm pit and was told it was my ribs?? No xray, ultrasound, nothing. I am seeing another physician today. I have several friends who have now left her practice and my sister is going through the same thing with her office as well and she is thinking of leaving as well.
