Rehab center. Nurses and staff were not in the nurses station for long periods of time. Patients calling for more than 10 minutes. Staff was nowhere, I personally had to hunt someone down. Staff were loud, some were very unprofessional as in attitude and care.
Some staff members were in compliance towards giving pain medicine when needed, or slow in administering pain medicine to a hospice patient upon hospice orders. Had to repeatly tell staff about patient bad shoulder not to touch or roll on the bad shoulders side.
Director was very rude towards family members and unprofessional, did not conduct good bedside manner, empathy, or compassion. Told dying patient to open her eyes or he would do it for her. I will not or would not recommend anyone to this Rehab Center! If family members are not constantly around them they will not be taken care of properly!!

They are not very good on follow up and communication in regards to administration and at least 2 nurses I came in to contact with during my visit at the Rehab Center. Some what disorganized when it comes to patient check in. Low on required supplies at patient check in for fall mats and bed alarms for at risk fall patients. You have to stay on top of them about care for your loved one. I found the CNA's to be helpful and very good. After constant follow up and visits, care did improve for my loved one. I was advised by one nurse on evening duty during initial admission that maybe they weren't equipped to handle my loved one's care and I should probably think about sending them back to the hospital. After talking to admissions and the director things were better cordinated and my parent started doing much better in the rehab center.

This is a very bad facility!!! and the patient healthcare service here is atrocious. I have waited over an hour for the nurse after I pressed the call button. I am a good diabetic and on several times I have had take my own blood sugar level because nobody else here did. These and other issues here are due to the lack of proper staffing because they do not have enough nurses and CNA's to take care of the number of patients that are here. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
