Do not recommend they lie a lot and cover up things to make them look good and the Director/owner has no idea about whats going on with her staff nor residents nor does she care she hardly ever steps foot out of her office the drop the patients and then call the families and state that they slid out of bed with a non injury so that they do not have to report it to the state. The nurses are also lazy and never help their aides and act as if they have not had training as nurses as far as their judgements for the care that they give.

Outdated facilities,poor customer service from the top down,cafeteria is to small.There is nothing special about this place,except the the residents.No communication from staff that involves the residents,unless it involves money.This is no special facility,as it states on their outside sign,Outdated facilities.Underpaid,Overworked,Lame Supervisors.The State needs to conduct a surprise SURVEY on The Village."Yes it is a different kind of heath care",care the could be conducted at a modern at a facilitywhich has a better attitude towards the residents and their families,than the Village.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
