The chairs in their waiting room were comfortable. The Reception area is always dark, however. I don't know if there are insufficient number of light fixtures or if they are just not turned on but a brighter entrance and sitting area would certainly improve the first impression. The reception desk is not always manned and I usually came in during business hours (perhaps it was during lunch or a break?). Administrators and much of the staff now know me by name and for this I am grateful. Their staff is friendly, much more now that they know I come in on a regular basis. My first impression of the staff left me wanting but they have shown themselves to be a professional and caring team. My calls are answered quickly and I am never put on hold for a long time.
