Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

They cancel on me all the time.

Not at all; the equipment is dangerous!

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.
Is this business handicap-accessible?
Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Not really, I was a little uneasy

Never, they are very reliable.
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last visit. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive about my loved ones in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I saw many staff go above and beyond for patients that were not even in their care at that time to assist the residents and see that they were well cared for.
