My father was at King James for 6 months. We were very happy with the staff and the care.

Chatham Hills Sub acute Rehab in Chatham, New Jersey, is a Hell Hole!
My father and a neighbor of mine were both at this Rehab center and the experiences we had were horrific.
Chatham Hills is understaffed. 1 aide to 14 beds.
On many occasions, I would show up to visit my dad at 11:00 a.m.; only to find that my dad had STILL not eaten breakfast and he and his Roommate were not washed and ready for the day.
We had the facility do Dad's laundry and they insisted on dressing my dad in their gown, which was very cold for him. And most days, the gown was on the floor when I visited in the morning and my dad was in bed nude!
Check with the Dept of Health, before you place a loved one here at Chatham HIlls Rehab.
The little guy, Jewda, who "supposedly" owns Chatham Hills lies to your face when he gives you a TOUR. Once you enroll your loved one, it's a different story.
Any request you have, is ignored. This guy Jewda is just billing Medicare and making $$$ without paying any attention to the needs of the Elderly.

I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. This was the only place where there was no Admissions director or community director. My friends told me there was a very nice lady who knew so much. She would call you back and offer so much guidance . What happened to this place. Maybe it's for sale such a waste nice town SHAME! ,

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Andrea the u it nurse was so rude and told my mother that the building is short staffed. Lefpty Dwyer is in charge she hides from the families . A very nasty nurse came to my hospital room and told me I will take you for only 20 days. Susan N. What is wrong with this place. Had my aunt here 2 years ago it was so nice. Where are the good people..?....
