The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They offer the best pricing for their accommodation for what I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They gave the same, if not more, level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. This place is like the saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" the service is intangible, you'd have to go there to believe it. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their rehab staff is so friendly and understanding. They work at my pace yet they also create an individual care plan for me to make sure I recover safely and quickly so I could get home to my family!

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
