The staff there are very unfriendly and get defensive when asked general questions. They need to clean house and get rid of the bad additudes there. It's bad enough our love ones are out there but then you have to put up with unprofessional and crappy additudes. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

When visiting a close friend on a weekend afternoon, I found my friend lethargic and barely responsive (i.e. unable to keep eyes open, talk, drink, lift or squeeze hand). Preceding my visit, I had spoken to my friend less than 18 hours earlier who was unquestionably alert, communicative and attentive to details. I immediately notified the family and then reported my observations to the duty charge nurse. In my opinion, my observations were meet in a casual manner; which later evolved into defensiveness. Fortunately, a family member and staff supervisor arrived and my friend was transported to the local hospital emergency room. My friend was determined to be dehydrated with drug build-up, causing her apparent lethargic and non-responsive symptoms. I don't understand why the charge nurse, who had just been with my friend minutes before my arrival, did not detect and respond to these symptoms.
