The majority of the staff was very friendly with the exception of a few. The call bell in the room is a hit or miss trying to get assistance to the room. When I pushed it to get help with my grandmother I had to wait quite a long time. Finally went to the nursing station where I waited for several minutes for them to finish their personal conversation. The floors are dirty, baseboards are dusty and there appears to be holes in the wall which were poorly patched. Along the baseboard on the drywall that had been patched was black "stuff". Not sure if it was mold or not but the room was appeared to be recently painted and it had bled through. It was on an exterior wall. I did not see proper hand washing between patients. When I addressed these concerns to the director of nursing she became very defensive. Some of the reviews on this site as well as their Facebook page were made by current or previous employees even though this site specifically asks if you are an employee or affiliated with this facility. So based on some reviews you do not get a fair evaluation of this facility.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Observations of my visit: I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one really noticed me. I waited at the desk a while before anyone spoke to me. Staff were talking to each other. In every area except PT, staff interacted with each other more than with patients. They were nice when they spoke to patients. They seemed to have good rehab services but I saw every common area TV on news and loud whether there was anyone in the area or not. There were really irritating alarms constantly going off. The staff semi-ignored them. I looked at their activity schedule and saw there was little for the residents to do. This place was clean, didn't smell bad, but was still just a warehousing service. There appeared to be little mental stimulation for their residents.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Not really, it wasn't very clean

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
