this is the worst nusing home Ive ever been to I would nt put my worst enemy here if you cant speak for yourself you have no hope they do what they want when they want how they want Id rather rot in an ally than come here !!!

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

No. It took me several times to get through.

My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.
