My wife was admitted to this facility for rehab after double surgery for knee replacements. Facility workers did not attend to her properly. They gave her pain medicine 6 hours after the due time. They refused to give her antibiotics claiming that they ran out of the medicine! Facility is dirty and personnel very rude and non caring. Administrator and management do not answer their phones and are not available or do not care.

Definitely do not recommend anyone to go to this facility.

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

My husband, Anthony Monkiewicz, had quaddrable heart surgery on September 10, 2013, he was told he needed to go to rehab care when he was discharged from Hoag Hospital, we were given a list of rehab centers to visit and pick one that looked good to us, my daughter and I went to three, we were confused over which one to pick, then we went to Flagship, it was quite different than the others that we saw. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, good-natured and efficient, we felt at home. My daughter, Kim, and I went back to the hospital and told Anthony the we were happy with Flagship.
When he was discharged from the hospital, an ambulance took him directly to Flagship, he has been there almost two weeks and his progress is very good, soon he will be home.
This is a very good rehab care center, we made the right decision. they not only take excellent care of their patiences, they treat everyone with love. Every time I come to visit my husband I am treated so nicely I can feel the love that they give each and every person not only in their care, but everyone that walks through their doors.
