I am having a horrible time trying to reach station 2. For some reason, they have trouble answering the phone?? I realize the residents come first as they should; but when a resident has to call the nursing home from their room to get assisted on or off the toilet there is a problem!! Some of the nursing staff are great and then you have a few that are very rude and then go into the residents room and scold them for not telling them the problem!! Maybe they are scared to tell you because of your rude behavior?? Please answer your phones and the residents call lights!! This is a small example of problems I am having with this nursing home!!

Wished I never bought my husband to this facility.day shift did.t care for him.help button was where he could not reach it and he is paralyzed on the right side.nurse would check to see if he needed changing in his feces for over an hour if not longer.had severe it I that sent him to the hospital for ten day that know one detected.he's home and doing better.

This was the most filthy facility I've even been in. The staff there was abusive and neglected my father in law. I have filed a claim with them against the state and they are under investigation. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. They were just letting my father in law die and not seeing to his needs. We move to Shamrock and we have been very pleased. I couldn't rate them any lower or I would have!!! Please don't put your loved one in this facility!!!

My mother-in-law is under their care. She has advanced Alzheimer's. I believe the staff tries to be attentative, but the clenliness of the facility leaves something to be desired. We found lots of spilled food between the cushion and seat of her wheelchair, some of it very old. We are seeking support of the Ombudsmen to bring the sanitary problems to their attention.
Overall the care is OK, but the place could use a good scrubbing and updating.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
