My mother-in-law is under their care. She has advanced Alzheimer's. I believe the staff tries to be attentative, but the clenliness of the facility leaves something to be desired. We found lots of spilled food between the cushion and seat of her wheelchair, some of it very old. We are seeking support of the Ombudsmen to bring the sanitary problems to their attention.
Overall the care is OK, but the place could use a good scrubbing and updating.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
