They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

I had a family member there for less than a month and was never called by anyone there, after the initial tour the administrator never contacted me to see how things were going, the staff on weekends is abysmal and the nurses stations are deserted. Call buttons go unanswered for long periods of time.
The residents are lined up in the hallways with nothing to do. There is no joy or "light" in this place.
My opinion is they are only concerned with their profit margin.

The one thing I didn't like about this place was that they took a personal call right in front of me during my appointment. It didn't seem to be urgent and they could have waited. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
