I am writing this to warn other families during this Covid Crisis . Country Villa South has turned into a covid rehabilitation center and they have failed to disclose to relatives of long term residents whom have not tested positive for covid that they are now only accepting covid patients from hospitals to recover at this facility . My 84 year old relative is isolated in her room while this place brings in more and more covid patients to make more money.. This establishment did not have the decency to contact the family of their non covid patients to let us know this was now a covid facility and give us the opportunity to remove our loved ones from this extremely dangerous situation before they proceeded with their devious plan . After discovering this nightmare 24 hours ago on my own, I now have to wait until my poor relative is tested again and god willing she is negative so I can get he out of this terrible place . If you value the life of your loved one . Please do not send them here .....

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. I kept having to explain my mother's situation to them. When I first opened the door to the facility, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It's shocking how little they seem to care about patient's situation, comfort and safety. There was not even a chair for visitors. The staff is not helpful and did not seem to know what to do with our situation. They left us feeling very insecure regarding my mother's well being at this facility. We went in and looked around and left.
