Don't let the interior and exterior sway you to send your loved ones here.Both my parents came here for rehab when they had fallen.The rehab itself was second to none.No complaints there.The care was next to nothing.You never saw anybody in the corridors,ever.If you rang the help button,no one came. found
the nursing staff huddled in a corner having a great time telling personal stories and ignoring every light being rung.The aides seemed to actually hate these patients.They were mean and sometimes yelled.Never again will anybody I love go there.I am Jewish and ashamed that this facility exists.Maybe if they had good help and paid them a fair wage instead of the beautiful glitzy façade,it would have a chance of being qualified as a nursing rehab.

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming staff . They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot confident that my loved one is receiving great care. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
