Their primary concern is my father's safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help my father when he need it. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. My father loves it there because they love him and make him feel special.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
