My grandmother arrived there on a Thursday afternoon for their "rehab 2 home" program and was sent there from Baptist South because she was weak and not yet ready to go home. It has been over 72 hrs and she has still not been seen by a physical therapist which is the MAIN reason she went there! Absolutely unacceptable.
