Their staff is cordial, especially front office staff, but some of the supervisors are not friendly at all. If someone asked me to suggest a good nursing home in the area, it wouldn't be this place. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.
Other options, other places...would not be first choice.

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified
