The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was at the nursing home this summer to visit my aunt...was very impresse by the elegant furnishings! I felt so at ea se to think my wonderfull aunt would be staying here, we are from out of state so don't get to visit often,so my way of communicating is by cards and letters, after our visit in the lobby took her back to her room and was very disheartened to see all of my cars from past (months) and letters were laying on her dresser untouched! She had no idea family had even inquired of her at all! This really has me upset she has no family in the area that keeps her mind strong how sad this is then yo get this revelation that she had no idea we wrote to tel her we love her! The staff also had "no idea" where her hearing aid or glasses have gone so she has no way to communicate at all..really is it so hard to read a letter or card to let our loved ones know they still are important to us? Otherwise staff was exceptionally friendly.
I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more curre nt methods. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover.
