good people work there ,they are kind and location has good access .they do their best :taking care of helpless patients is not easy.and the family and friends can rest a while ,and see their loved ones healthier again .may god bless them .

This facility is an atrocity and should be closed by the state. In the last 2 years since a director and nursing director change it has offered the worst care in the 8 years my family has been involved with it. The food is horrible, I often take my mother home made meals as the food preparation is unacceptable, bland, often unrecognizable. It is almost always cold, unfresh, I would love to see the staff eat it, as I know they certainly would not. Call lights go unanswered for 10 to 20 minutes. Residents have soiled themselves due to the lack of response from the CNA staff. CNA are often seen texting while on duty, slacking off during off or break time in patients wheel chairs! They shuffle about as if they don't want to be there, there is no pride in their work whatsoever. It stems from the top, and all current administration should be fired, and then there should be a cleaning house with some CNAs and nursing staff and a full and more professional staff brought in. My family and I are currently seeking alternate housing for our loved one at BV, thankfully we live locally and check in every day to see what wrong BV did today. If you have any choice what so ever to send your loved one elsewhere, do so. Its a joke. I have made my doctor put in my medical records and chart that if anything were ever to happen to me, that under no circumstances am I to be sent there for any sort of after care!

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Definitely, it was nauseating
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
