This is the WORST place -my father was transferred from the VA . I went to see him five days later and his hearing aid was gone. He had handed it to the assisting aid and it was found days late in the laundry, ruined. He had celebrated his 100th birthday a few months prior and ALL of his new clothes were gone-every thing, empty closet and drawers. A few things were found, but when his new shirts were never recovered, they substituted cheap garish T shirts from Dollar General. He was diabetic, but they did NOT provide a diabetic menu and within weeks he fell. He was sent to the ER and sent him back with a “clean bill of health”(with a bruised kidney and fractured ribs). The next morning I called and was told he wanted to go back to the ER and wouldn’t eat. The nurse told me that they were encouraging him to eat and dissuaded him from returning. Three days later he was in the ER with blood sugar over 600 and he died that day, Labor Day. There is little to no effort made to accommodate the needs of the people or their families. The place is a dump, staffed by barely competent people and dangerous. No side rails on the beds and told that they would not install one. Not so much as a condolence card after all that. Do not under any circumstances leave your loved one in their care!

I was there for physical therapy after my left leg was amputated below the knee these people took every opportunity to make me feel at home someone was checking on me very often and I did not hear the word no while I was there I would go back in a heartbeat if I need to

I am a resident here. Using a slightly low patient population as an excuse, this facility is purposely cutting staff hours, making the best, most hard working CNAs work halls alone,doing the job of 2 CNAs and searching for help with tasks that require 2 CNAs to do. Also, nurses are being required to cover 1 1/2 or 2 halls. Patients have o wait, wait, wait for help and service. This is unacceptable! A nearby nursing home of similar size currently has a lower patient population, yet have not and will not cut staffing in such a greedy and irresponsible manner. I am arranging a visit there in order to decide if I want to move there.
