Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.
