Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

While trying to select the most appropriate facility for my mom I visited three other rehabs. I wanted a clean, safe, friendly environment where my mom could recover and possibly stay for the rest of her days. The first three I visited had 5 stars from the state but the conditions I observed at these facilities were less than satisfactory. Bell Minor made me smile when I went through the front door. It smelled nice, you could see yourself in the floors, the residents and employees were happy. Light floods the facility,there are courtyards, nice gathering places and I had a good feeling when I exited the building. This was "the place for my mom". Do your own research you will know what is right deep in your heart. Thank you, Bell Minor staff I can sleep knowing my mom is being well cared for and loved. You can't find enough stars for that peace of mind.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Never, they are very reliable.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. .They certainly need to have phones in the patient rooms and make lunch trays available to an elderly spouse who comes and sits all day with the patient. they should be aware if the spouse who is sitting there with the patient has any medical problems.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
The staff took care of our mother and were wonderful to the last day and they are so appreciated!
