They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

In the year my mother has been at Beechnut, I have seen steady improvement. The corporate owners could invest more in updating and in repairs, but most of the staff members put heart and soul into caring for the residents. No place is perfect, but my concerns are addressed and resolved quickly and with mother's best interest in mind. It's not easy to leave someone you love in the care of others, but this place offers as much compassion as any I've seen and a lot more than most.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They are attentive to my mother's needs.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.
