They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.

In the year my mother has been at Beechnut, I have seen steady improvement. The corporate owners could invest more in updating and in repairs, but most of the staff members put heart and soul into caring for the residents. No place is perfect, but my concerns are addressed and resolved quickly and with mother's best interest in mind. It's not easy to leave someone you love in the care of others, but this place offers as much compassion as any I've seen and a lot more than most.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They are attentive to my mother's needs.
