AWFUL! Rude is a requirement to work there. They don't have enough staff to take appropriate care of anyone. They don't give meds correctly, and sometimes not at all. If you need help, push the call button and prepare to WAIT an hour or so... If they even come at all. I just moved my Mom out of there because of all the problems. NEVER AGAIN. Don't let anyone go there!

they do not treat there employees that have been with them for many years with respect and let employees that are new be rude to residents and when it is addressed to someone all the response is im taking care of it they need to REALLY check out someting cause i was there for the residents and some people are not

My family would like to commend Brandi the day nurse, Munera the day aid and especially Annetta the evening aide. These three ladies were terrific. The therapists worked hard in helping to regain more mobility. The social worker was not what I perceived her job to be. She either needs help or to tell people the truth. We were promised something and never received even a phone call. She seems to tell people what she thinks they want to hear. While we were there, this facility lost 3 Tet hoses that my Dad was to wear every day. The Social Worker stated maybe we took them home to launder. One week and a half later, she stated she ordered the Tet hoses that did not come before my Dad was released. This is the second week he is home, and we still do not have the Tet hoses. We were also told that a visiting Dr. comes to the facility. There was an issue of infection of my Dad's leg.We were told the Dr. was there one day but did not report anything. The day nurse was concerned and make an appointment to see his Dr.. There are some great people working at Sherbrooke that provide a caring environment,which helps for those who seem less compassionate.

Not really, but I found a spot

Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past
Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
