They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The doctors are extremely nice, but the M.A.s are the rudest and very incompetent, one didn'T even know how to take my pulse; another, Pam, is the rudest person ever, I've been here many times and she is always rude. I'm surprise she hasn't been fired by Lisa.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
